Terms and Conditions

1. General

Please ensure you read and understand allfittingsrus.com.au terms and conditions before any purchase. By accessing or using the allfittingsrus.com.au online content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the online content.

2. Prices

Prices payable for items are inclusive of GST in Australian Dollars. Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice.

3. Availability

If, for any reason beyond our reasonable control, All Fittings R Us are unable to supply a particular item(s), we will notify you as soon as possible by phone or email. All Fittings R Us will either provide a full refund for the unavailable product or place the goods on backorder. All Fittings R Us will incur shipping costs for backorders.

4. Delivery

A freight charge including GST will be applied to all orders according to the freight company’s set area costs.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and dispatched from our Sydney or Queensland Distribution Warehouse. On occasions, your items may come as a split delivery from one or both of our distribution warehouses. Delivery times may vary around Australia, and a consignment tracking number will be provided for your order.

5. Credit Claims/Returns

i. Claims for shortages or incorrect deliveries will not be recognised unless made within five working days of receipt of goods.
ii. Claims for non‐delivery must be made within ten working days of the Statement date.
iii. Claims will not be recognised unless the invoice number is quoted.
iv. Goods specially ordered or manufactured to customer specifications will not be accepted for credit or cancelled.
v. Goods accepted by the Company as faulty will be credited at invoice value or replaced.
vi. Any goods returned must be in a saleable condition.
vii. Returns will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with the Company.
viii. Freight charges on any goods returned will be the responsibility of the Purchaser unless otherwise agreed to by the Company before the return.
ix. Any goods returned for credit, other than faulty or incorrectly delivered items, may, at the Company’s discretion, be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of invoice value.

6. Liability

i. Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
ii. Where it is agreed that goods are faulty due to manufacture or materials, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
iii. The warranty does not cover any failure resulting from inappropriate use or incidental damage.
